As a psychologist with over 30 years of experience in clinical, sports, and community psychology, Dr. Joseph Carr has specialized in and perfected his unique brand and methodology of instilling team chemistry and culture in a multitude of settings. His passion and commitment to his practice has led him to become devoted exclusively to helping programs, companies and institutions manage and/or build chemistry and culture among diverse populations and backgrounds.

Dr. Carr received his Undergraduate and (two) Masters’ degrees from California State University at Sacramento and his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Washington State University where he holds the distinction of being the first African-American to graduate from the program. Dr. Carr received special training in community psychology at the University of Southern California.
